However, before your hired bouncy castle (or other play inflatable) is used, be sure that you have read the terms and conditions of hire in order to protect users and keep them safe. The last thing you want is for your party’s guests or your child getting hurt because you were unaware of the do’s and don’ts!

The person hiring the Inflatable is responsible for ensuring that every step is taken to avoid injury or damage to the Inflatable. These Safety Instructions must be followed.

Every unit is age related for safety reasons of yourself and our units, Please comply with these restrictions in order to keep your children safe and our units in the condition they were hired to you.

Here at Bounce2Beyond We know when this limit has been exceeded and we would need to send the castle back for safety testing, and any cost of repairs, if necessary. The customer will be charged the cost of repairs for not complying with our terms and voiding there hire, when we come to pick the inflatable up or any other equipment we strongly advise it to be in the condition we left it otherwise cleaning charges apply at extended hourly rates, if you have hired a soft play package/air juggler Ball Pit – Please re-bag all the balls for us as we work on a tight schedule here at Bounce2Beyond, The Bouncy Castle is not permitted to have food, drinks, or chewing gum. Choking and mess It will be subject to a cleaning fee Before using the Bouncy Castle,

All shoes, glasses and jewellery must be taken off. There are no face-painting, party poppers, or silly string allowed on or near the premises.

Bouncy Castle. There is no smoking and no barbecues near Bouncy Castle. It is dangerous to climb, hang or sit on walls.

The Bouncy Castle must be supervised by an adult at all times it’s in use.

Make sure the Bouncy Castle does not become crowded.

Limit the number of people according to their age. Its size and use by children. It is best to not allow both small and large children to use it simultaneously.

Children are not expected to push, collide, fight or behave in a way that could injure or cause distress to others, children are not to climb on the sides of the inflatable as this will again cause damage to the inflatable and you may be liable for repairs.

You must ensure that you do not allow anyone with neck or back problems or any breaks to use the Bouncy Castle. Indeed, any child who feels unwell should not use the inflatable.

It is unsafe to allow anyone to use the Bouncy Castle during inflation and deflation.

No pets, toys, or sharp objects are allowed near the Bouncy Castle.

Children must not attempt somersaults, and they should be appropriately dressed. They can’t let anything out of their pockets. Make sure that the area around the unit is clear of any obstructions or hazards.

In the event of light rain – then the shower-cover provided should keep the users relatively dry. However, during heavy rain, the castle should not be left on and the electric blower and extension should be switched off, once rain has passed by You can dry wetness (including bubbling) with a towel. You can reset the safety button on the blower by pressing it. Also, check the fuse box and ensure that the fuse is in good condition.

Obstructing the blower. If the blower becomes unresponsive or overheats, turn it off at the mains and then switch it on again within a few minutes. It should restart. Please contact us immediately, if it doesn’t.

Once a booking is accepted verbally or in writing, cancellation terms will apply. The cancellation terms of parties apply and prevail over any terms in clients’ standard terms. For cancellations of more than 14 days, 25 percent or the contract value will be charged. Cancellations within 14 days 50% within 24 hours 100% will be liable, We will operate only within the accepted standards of Health & Safety. Our staff is on-site We reserve the right not to provide services that violate these standards or our terms. Insurance If possible, ensure that there is at least 3 feet of clear access to the area where the inflatable is going. We may cancel your equipment or extend the cancellation period if you fail to notify us.

HERE AT BOUNCE2BEYOND WE WORK ON A TIGHT TIME SCHEDULE AND HAVENT GOT TIME FOR MISTAKES AS IT CAN CAUSE SERVERE IMPACT ON OUR DAY, SUBJECT TO THIS IF WE ARRIVE AT THE VENUE AND THAT VENUE DOES NOT HAVE INFLATABLE INSURANCE YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR 100% OF THE HIRE AND WE WILL HAVE TO ABANDON HIRE SO PLEASE DO YOUR CORRECT CHECKS TO AVLID THIS, ALSO IF THE INFLATABLE YOU HAVE HIRED WILL NOT FIT BECUASE THE VENUE WAS NOT MEASURED YOU WILL BE LIABLE 100% OF THE HIRE AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SET UP AND WILL HAVE TO ABANDON THE HIRE, SO PLEASE MEAUSRE YOUR GARDEN, HALL, FIELD AND ACCESS!

Inflatables that are not in acceptable condition (i.e. If the inflatable is dirty or muddy, I will not accept it back. Expect to pay an additional cleaning fee.
